Good Health Day (GHD) is one of the largest events of the Charles B. Wang Community Health Center (CBWCHC) with 2,000 visitors to the Queens Flushing site and 3,500 to the Manhattan Chinatown location. As an annual tradition for more than 30 years, GHD has been providing free screenings for cholesterol, diabetes, hypertension and other health conditions. In addition, GHD offers various health activity and game booths that address community health concerns, such as oral health, cardiovascular health, pediatrics, and women’s health. Children and families are also welcome to enjoy fun activities such as balloon animals, clowns, aerobics, music and cultural performances.
